A sermon offered by the Rev. J. Douglas Ousley, honorary assisting priest at The Church of the Holy Trinity on the Third Sunday in Lent, March 15, 2020. Though many churches are closed because of the public health crisis of the Covid-19 coronavirus, the Bishop of New York has left the decision to the individual parishes. Given the enormous size of Holy Trinity’s worship space, and with proper precautions, we were able to offer our regular worship services on March 15. [Since Father Beddingfield had initially planned to be away this Sunday, he assisted in worship as Father Ousley preached & presided.]
